About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing programs to generate pipeline, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives. This role involves working closely with regional sales teams, partner networks, and other marketing professionals to create highly targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with regional audiences. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic marketing skills and hands-on experience in managing events, campaigns, and partnerships, ideally in the cybersecurity or technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with broader company objectives and sales targets, with a focus on driving demand for cybersecurity products and services.
Campaign Execution:
Plan, manage, and execute integrated field marketing programs, including webinars, regional events, industry conferences, roadshows, partner events, and digital campaigns to generate leads and support pipeline growth.
Sales and Partner Alignment:
Collaborate with the regional sales team to understand local market challenges and opportunities, aligning marketing efforts with sales priorities. Work closely with channel partners to support joint marketing initiatives and drive co-marketing opportunities.
Event Management:
Lead the planning and execution of field events, including logistics, vendor management, staffing, and post-event follow-up. Ensure that events are aligned with the company’s messaging and branding.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:
Drive demand generation and accelerate pipeline through targeted campaigns, promotional activities, and follow-up marketing programs. Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Regional Market Insights:
Conduct market research to understand local trends, competitors, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Use these insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve the overall effectiveness of field marketing efforts.
Budget Management:
Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI for field marketing programs. Track and report on program spend and outcomes.
Content Localization:
Work closely with the content marketing and product marketing teams to localize and adapt global marketing assets (e.g., white papers, case studies, sales collateral) for regional markets.
Measurement & Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives, including lead generation, event attendance, pipeline impact, and overall ROI. Use insights to continuously improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
Experience working with sales teams and channel partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated success in executing field events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and event management software.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the cybersecurity or broader IT industry.
Familiarity with regional cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs, and leveraging data to optimize campaigns.
Strong relationships with local vendors, agencies, and event organizers in the cybersecurity or tech space.
